Although we were pleased with the finish of the last tee, we thought there must be a better way to get crisper and cleaner edges, so we tried using Sticky Back Plastic for the stencil. The idea was that it all stuck down onto the tee so so paint could creep underneath. To test it out we just used a very simple BC symbol.

It proved to give a really nice finish, even cleaner than before.
We’re so confident of the finish, we even took a close up of it.

I think we have found our printing method of choice. Now we can start with the proper designing and selling!
